Its belt-driven fan resistance system responds directly to the athlete's effort. There are no preset resistance levels and no ceiling to how hard you can work. The harder you push, the greater the resistance, creating a responsive training experience suited to HYROX preparation and high-intensity conditioning.

A fully adjustable seat moves both vertically and horizontally, while front foot pegs provide additional positioning options for different training styles. This allows athletes to find a stable, efficient position and maintain strong mechanics even as intensity increases.

The advanced performance console provides real-time feedback on watts, calories, RPM, heart rate and distance, giving athletes and coaches clear data throughout every session. Multiple training programmes, including interval and heart-rate-based options, provide additional ways to structure conditioning work.

With a commercial-grade frame rated for users up to 160 kg and a high-capacity fan drive system, the Perform Series Air Bike is built to handle repeated use in commercial gyms, performance facilities and serious training environments.
