Centr Perform Series Ski Machine

Built for upper-body endurance and high-intensity conditioning, the Centr Perform Series Ski Machine brings performance-focused ski training into home and professional training environments.

Its integrated air resistance fan provides a responsive training experience across 10 resistance levels, allowing athletes to move from controlled conditioning sessions to high-intensity hybrid workouts. Resistance responds to effort, giving athletes the freedom to determine their own pace and intensity.

Ergonomically designed pull cords support a natural upper-body movement pattern, helping athletes generate power efficiently through each pull. The result is a demanding full-body conditioning movement that places particular emphasis on the shoulders, arms, back and core.

A backlit LCD console provides real-time training data including pace, stroke rate, watts, calories, distance and heart rate, allowing athletes to monitor intensity throughout every session. Seven preset programmes provide additional options for structured training.

Constructed with a reinforced steel frame built to commercial standards, the Perform Series Ski Machine is designed for consistent use across demanding training environments.

The machine also includes three months of performance fitness training through the Centr App, providing guided workouts to complement the equipment.
