Centr Perform Series Rower

Built as the endurance foundation of the Centr Perform Series, the Centr Perform Series Rower delivers full-body cardio with the performance engineering expected from an elite training environment.

Its air resistance fan system provides a smooth, responsive rowing experience that adapts naturally to the athlete's effort. Ten resistance levels allow training intensity to be adjusted across steady-state endurance work, structured intervals and high-intensity sessions, while Bluetooth heart rate connectivity provides real-time intensity tracking.

The backlit LCD console keeps key performance data visible throughout every session, displaying strokes per minute, heart rate, time, watts, calories, distance and additional rowing metrics. This gives athletes clear feedback to monitor effort and track progress.

A commercial-grade frame rated for users up to 160 kg is engineered for consistent, demanding use, while the molded, thick padded seat provides support through longer training sessions. The 1-piece drive system delivers a smooth, natural rowing motion designed to keep each stroke controlled and consistent.

The Perform Series Rower also connects with the Centr App, including three months of performance-focused training to complement the equipment with guided workouts and coaching.
