Built for HYROX training and demanding functional workouts, the Centr x Hyrox Competition Sandbag combines robust construction with multiple grip positions for versatile, full-body training.

Constructed from durable Cordura® nylon, the sandbag features reinforced double-stitched seams designed to withstand repeated, high-intensity use. Seven external nylon handles provide multiple grip positions, allowing athletes to adapt their technique across movements including sandbag lunges, carries, squats, cleans and other loaded conditioning exercises.

The internal filler system uses three individual bags with a dual Velcro® locking mechanism, helping contain the sand securely while protecting the contents from moisture. This makes the sandbag practical for both structured HYROX training and broader strength and conditioning work.

Available in 10 kg, 20 kg and 30 kg options, the range provides scalable resistance for athletes and training environments at different levels.
